Orchard Court, Woodhouse Park
A former pub site we purchased off market, the site lent itself to a mixture of apartments and houses due to its corner setting. We successfully gained planning permission for seven stunning 3B houses, three contemporary 2B apartments, and also renegotiated a long lease from the council. Subsequently the whole scheme sold off-plan and we were very happy with the completed units. Having the airport, hospital, motorways and tramline a matter of minutes commute away, this development fitted families and young professionals perfectly.
Tudor Green, Peel Hall
A large former pub site we purchased off market, creating ten beautiful 3B homes. These properties were all sold off-plan, proving incredibly popular with young families due to the sites proximity to the employment hubs, tramline, parks and schools. As part of this project we also undertook some additional charity planting within Peel Hall Park, working alongside the 'friends of Peel Hall Park' volunteer group, fabricating a stunning new planted area for the locals to enjoy as well as an apple orchard and raised flower beds.
Pavilion Gardens (P1), Wilmslow
A prestigious Gustav Bonnier Holdings development in the ever popular, South Wilmslow. This was a former pub site we bought off-market, managing to successfully gain planning permission for eight 4B luxury townhouse style new homes. We made sure these properties were high specification, installing top of the range smart systems, with luxury kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures and fittings. The properties sold incredibly well and Pavilion Gardens remains a Gustav Bonnier Holdings flagship scheme, which we always enjoy revisiting and looking back upon.
